(#) Return policy


In case of any replacements or returns, the return shipping will be paid by the buyer.


In case of any custom delays, due to lack of the required paper works or other instructions of the buyer , the shipper will not be held responsible. If the goods are sent back to origin due to lack of required papers by the buyer, the shipper will not be held responsible in that case too. The goods will be sent back to the buyer again within 3-4 days of the returned delivery and we may not be able to provide any refund of the order as it was a responsibility of the buyer to provide the customs with the required papers. The return shipping will  be paid by the buyer as he/she was not able to provide the customs with the required information.


It is a responsibility of the buyer to contact his/her local DHL office or custom office if there is any sort of required information by the country's customs. And also we will not be able to do any type of help regarding your country's customs. It is the buyer's responsibilty to complete all the formalities regarding its country's customs.



(#) Custom Charges and Other Related Fees


All the expenses like Octroi, Taxes, Custom Duty, Brokerage, Import Duty etc. will have to be borne by the buyer. We are not responsible for any of these charges which you may need to pay in your country, as the policies differ from country to country. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. Also, We will not be responsible for the delay due to insufficient address or custom delays or due to lack of required paper works and other instructions required by buyer's customs.



(#) Refund Policy


In case of any inconvenince wherein the customer requires a refund of the order, it will surely be provided but only the amount of the ordered goods will be refunded and not the shipping charges (if the package is already delivered to the customer). Please take a note that the shipping charges are for the shpping companies and handling of the package and the charges for the same are already paid to DHL/FedEx/(any other shipping company) at the time of booking the shipment. The shipping costs therefore are sunk costs and shall not be refunded if the package is already with the customer. The amount of the goods (only) will surely be refunded if there occur any inconveniences.



(#) Cancellation Policy


Orders once placed can only be cancelled only before confirmation (at the time of quotations). Please note that once the order is placed and confirmed, the production starts at the same minute and once the order is in production line, it cannot be cancelled. Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
